Final News Bulletin - Te Puke Ambassador Contest & 2010 Te Puke Festival

To all Sponsors, Festival event organisers, our suppliers and all of our supporters.

The 2010 Ambassador Contest culminated in an excellent awards night at Kiwi 360, Friday October 15, with the ultimate winner being Charlotte Ward. We wish Charlotte all the best for the next 12 months

As we stated on the night, competitions such as this can't be run without sponsors. We are very grateful for your support, time and effort as well as the financial contribution you have made to make this a success.

To the various event organisers within the Festival, thanks for your contribution and continuing the longevity of the Festival into its 34th year. That's an impressive record!

Special thanks to Di Leach and her helpers for her hard work over the last 4 months and the tremendous job she did to make all contestants winners in their own right. The personal development of the 12 entrants has been amazing.

Thanks to Callum McKenzie and Christina Moses for their excellent compering.

Many thanks to the Judges - Sue Groenewald, John Beech and Debbie Chote for their time and effort.

Finally, special praise for Lydia Wilkinson for her behind the scenes work to make the festival a success.

Jody Beattie Photography has photographs from Friday night - you can contact Jody at jodybeattie@jodybeattie.co.nz or Telephone 07 573 6085 to view and purchase.
