Employment Agreements (1 July 2011)...On April 1 2011 a number of amendments to the Employment Relations Act 2000 and Holidays Act 2003 came into effect...
However, one final amendment to the Employment Relations Act 2000 requiring employers to retain a copy of the employee’s current employment agreement and to provide a copy on request to their employee comes into effect on 1 July 2011.
